The easiest way to order is by using our webshop. After adding the desired products in the cart, proceed to Checkout, fill in your information and select the appropriate payment and delivery options.

You can make an order through our Facebook page by sending us a message containing your order details.

To make an order through Instagram, please send us a message.

It is also possible to make an order by contacting us directly. You can contact us by phone, or by sending a Viber/WhatsApp message to: +387 66 846 501.

If ordering from Bosnia and Herzegovina, one of the easiest ways to pay is to use the “Cash on delivery” service – you pay directly to the mailman upon receiving the package.

If buying from Bosnia and Herzegovina, you can also make an online payment via PayPal. When completing the checkout, select PayPal as the form of payment, and after clicking the Order button, you will be taken to a PayPal page where you can enter your PayPal credentials. After completing the payment on PayPal page, please click on the ”Return to merchant” link in order to return to our webshop. 

If buying from Bosnia and Herzegovina, you can also make a direct bank payment to our bank account. If you select this option, upon completing your order, we will contact you with the details required for the payment.

Buyers from Serbia can pay for our products using PayPal.

Buyers from Croatia can pay for our products by using PayPal.

Buyers from Montenegro can pay for our products by using PayPal.

Buyers from other European countries can pay using PayPal. You can pay through PayPal using your credit/debit cards even if you don’t have a PayPal account.

Delivery for Bosnia and Herzegovina is accomplished using the Express mail service  and the products arrive at your door step the next day. The delivery is done by couriers who will contact you before attempting delivery.

If you choose to pay by cash on delivery or by PayPal, shipping cost is 8 KM.

Shipping for Serbia is done through regular mail service. Delivery usually takes 7-10 days. Price of delivery depends on the weight of the products and is usually between 7 and 62 KM (420 Din do 3700 Din). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Shipping for Croatia is done through regular mail service. Delivery usually takes 7-10 days. Price of delivery depends on the weight of the products and is usually between 7 and 62 KM (27 kn to 230 kn). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Shipping for Montenegro is done through regular mail service. Delivery usually takes 7-10 days. Price of delivery depends on the weight of the products and is usually between 7 and 62 KM (4 € to 31 €). Shipping costs will be automatically calculated during checkout.

Delivery for other European countries (EU countries, plus Macedonia and Albania) is done through classic mail service. The delivery period is usually 10-15 days. The cost of delivery depends on the weight of the products and it is usually between 4 € and 31 € for a single product.
